Question: Do I need to pre-book my costume?

Answer: We strongly advise customers to pre-book so that your costume is available for your special event.

Question: How long can I hire for?

Answer: Hire begins Thursday 9am and ends on the following Monday 6pm

Question: Is there a deposit or bond?

Answer: Your deposit is payable together with your hire fee when you pick up your costume. The deposit is given back to you upon receipt of the costume by Wattle-U-Bee

Question: Are there eftpos facilities?

Answer: Wattle-U-Bee accept eftpos and major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept Diners or Amex. Deposits are requested in cash. Hire payments can be paid by eftpos (there is a $10 minimum eftpos transaction)
